Before you can post a picture it needs to be hosted on a website. There's a few people around this forum who can host it for you.

go to
http://www.imageshack.us/
create an account and up the picture there.
then when the picture is up right click it and down the bottom wil be properties : http://my.mrs.and.her.phat.loot.jpg
left click drag over the http://etc bit and then right click it and select copy. then right click in the reply box where you type messages here and paste the http://etc thing.
Before the text put [img] and after it put [/img]
This should set you up.
