I'm doing ZRL on Tues and TTT on Thursday. That is plenty of racing for me. I ride about 3-4 other days per week at a reduced rate and recovery.

I Zwift race on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and one long ride outside on the weekend. The rest of what I do is zone 1-2. Every 4th week I take it easy and cut back the hours and only do 1 day of intensity.
