High End Tri/Road Bike Business for sale
Saw this add in the 2/23 Wall Street Journal (I'm trying to catch up on my reading).

It goees on to say:

"Well established - 20 years in business.
Annual revenues $2 million plus
Strong continues growth
Exclusive Lines
International name recognition
Profitable web site
Extensive mailing list (20,000+)
Affluent customer base
Major city / excellent location
Good leases

PO Box 395
Woodstock, IL 60098"

Any ideas?

Is a bank the seller? If so I would ask if it came with a big red truck.

Now I'm laughing.

Not sure if its a typo but it says "Major city and good leases "

Does that mean multiple shops in one city?

There are no high end stores in Woodstock. The only store in Chicagoland that fits that description is Mission Bay. Rumor in "the Loop" is that Bill and Val are looking to retire. A spin instructor at Multiplex told me they have been talking with a Chicago based coaching company about purchasing the business.
