It is better, but not 100%. I can run 20 minutes on it without problems and have been doing that.

I wnet to physical therapy quite a few times and had massage, ultrasound, ice and some other stuff done to it. It certainly helped.

I have also been using a "pro stretch" thing- one of those odd blue plastic deals that stretches your plantar fascia and your achilles. That has helped a great deal with range of motion.

The joint still isn;t nearly as stable as the uninjured ankle. My P.T. had me do a test on a balance board where I balanced on one foot- my right (unijured) foot and tried to maintain my balance. Not too bad, tricky but doable. Then she had me repeat the test on my left ankle- no way. Impossible. My left (injured) ankle was all over the place. Fascinating.

At any rate, it seems to be on the mend. It still hurts a bit, mostly it just doens't feel "solid". That is a nagging sensation.
