I have the opportunity to buy a a 2013 Specialized Shiv Elite for 750 51 CM, or a Quintana Roo Seduza 48CM for 785, The QR comes with a stages power meter, the shiv is brand new. Both come with aerobars, I'm 5'6" 29" inseam make up my mind for me.
