Helmet painting ideas and informal poll

So I’ve decided to paint my Giro A2 I bought last year. Trying to decide what to do, go ahead and chime in your opinion.

Patriots- love my Pats

Blood splatter- love horror

Zombies- my favorite horror

American flag- always cool

Anime based- probably a Sharingan if you know what that is- my daughter is a huge Naruto fan but I like it too don’t judge.

I still lapped everyone on the couch!

I've thought about doing something on my helmet, but I would probably do vinyl rather than paint.

I'm not much of a flaunter...so, *I* wouldn't do anything recognizable like your ideas. Mine would be more of an abstract graphic. But, whatever motivates YOU...why the hell not?

ETA: except the pats. No one should have the pats on their stuff.

Ideas:

-Maverick or Iceman from Topgun
-aircraft tigershark
-get a hold of that new "super dark" black color that makes objects look 2-dimensional
-go throwback jersey race colors
-Gulf racing color scheme
-Speed Racer "M"
-steampunk (in the paint/decals, not 3-dimensional crap hanging off it)

Just a football. A partially deflated one.

I sent my Giro Vanquish away to be painted but the painter said they rub it down with some solution to get any crap out the plastic as preparation before painting and said the crap just kept coming out and he didn't recommend painting as it may ruin the helmet. Maybe he could have and not sure of the quality of plastic on the A2 but just sharing my experience to be aware of. He couldn't even get vinyl to stick to the front matt section so just put some on the back gloss section of the helmet. From a painters perspective he said your helmet quality is shit...

Is there a company providing that kind of service? Vinyl'ing helmets?

Only problem with that is that it works by absorbing >99.9% of visible light and dissipating it as heat. Maybe good for races on cold days?!
