A HED Jet 6 plus front will likely be just as, if not more aero, has a much wider internal allowing you to run tires at lower pressure, and aluminum braking surface will be superior to anything carbon. A disc cover in the rear will be faster, and be more stable. A covered rear wheel might be a touch heavy, but since the OP is looking for use on flat courses, it won't matter.
