This is now what I am needing, so bringing this back. Notice there was zero response to this previously, so hoping but not expecting much.

I have a new tri bike, and living in Santa Fe, NM no one can help me out, even my local shop who had to special order it for me! Hoping to ride it some without getting injured until a trip up to Boulder in February where I know I can get a good fit.

Thanks all.

Okay, the Slowtwitch database has two fitters listed in Albuquerque:
1) Nathan Berg http://www.fit2wincycling.com/our-services/
2) John Verhuel http://jbvcoaching.com/BikeFits.asp

I also checked the Gurucycling.com dealer locator, the Trek Super Store has a Guru Fit Bike but when I called to inquire about who was a strong tri fitter they were a bit reluctant to claim the kind of greatness we're looking for.

Then I went to Retul's site but they don't have a fitter listed in New Mexico.

Fit2Win has an Exit bike and I tried to call to inquire but their "contact us" page is one of those where you fill in your email and they get back to you. I'm not gonna go that far down the steps but you should.

jbvcoaching...I can tell by the language in their description that there is do dynamic fit bike in this studio - while that's not my preference it doesn't immediately mean there's a problem here. I also think these guys are a bit more road & TT minded than Tri minded but their price is also $100 less than Fit2win.

Call 'em both. Tell 'em what bike you have and what your goals are for 2017 and beyond and ask what the fit experience would be like. Sit back and listen. Ask 'em between aero, comfort and power what their priorities are. Also ask if they gurantee their fits (meaning, if you ride a few long rides after and you're not not moderately comfortable that you can come back in for tweaks).

Not sure if he is still fitting, but Nathan Berg is a smart guy and nice guy who can help.
