I sent my QR wetsuit in to it's mothership in CA for repairs on Wednesday am. I figured I'd give them a call today to see how it was going. I love it that there was an actual human being that answered the phone and told me that since I told them I'm racing in Sept., they bumped me ahead of a few orders, and my baby is on her way back home! It's just good to see that there's still a real company around that cares about making customers happy.
