Mailed off the cracked Pneumo last week and Giro called (very nice people there) to say they received it, but don't have any in stock right now. They are mailing me a new helmet when one comes in. Pretty good service, but it should be since my $150 helmet was cracked! I'm using a Bell Ghisallo for now...good lid, but not as ventilated as the Pneumo.
