I’ve been diagnosed with bad sleep apnea
Unfortunately after trying various masks and canulas none worked for me as I sleep on my face even after years of trying not to
I do feel sleepy a good part of the day
So I see in the Garmin sleep info I get an average of
7:10 sleep
Deep :42
REM 1:20
Any conclusions to draw from this?
What are your numbers if you look at them?
