When I create routes in Strava, they automatically upload to Garmin Connect with the correct activity type.

This then uploads all the routes to all my Garmin devices. Deleting maps on devices is an extra step and takes a long time, especially long cycling routes on my 935.

Is there a way for run routes to upload only to the run watch and bike route to upload only to the bike computer?

I could turn off automatic uploads and push the routes to my devices manually, but that's also an extra step. I'd prefer of it was automatic.
