Here's the video to start:

My initial feelings are that it feels pretty good. Raise the saddle a touch maybe? I've spent two seasons on a road bike with aerobars but to be honest I never had a proper fit to any degree. Had a setback seatpost and didn't want to ruin the road fit, so I just sorta sucked it up on races and trained as a road bike. Dumb move, but there we are.

I feel like my arms are in a decent position, and I don't feel pulled out or anything. Feel like the aerobars could move in mroe narrow, but that's a later thing. New to TT saddles as well, not sure where I should be. I feel decently comfortable on the saddle as in the video, but I don't feel like I'm 'on the nose' like I hear people describing.

I'll ultimately get a full in-person fit, but I haven't been on the bike enough lately and I want to build my flexibility and strength up a while back to my normal range before fitting to something I'll move through. Just trying to get 80 or so percent of the way there.

Thanks all.

Looks like you need some more reach. Also, have a look at these two videos. You are more or less sitting on your arse instead of rotating forwards;

Thank you. Here's try two and three. Fit two in this video has more saddle setback than the first in this video; otherwise the same. I probably still need to rotate more.

And here's the trophybox bike fitting angles:
