Fit Critique

It's been about a ear and a half since my original fit. Decided to try getting a little lower, longer, and narrower this season. So far doesn't feel too bad, but I feel like it could be better.

Thoughts?

this is one of those ones where the camera is just *slightly* off and it affects the analysis of the fit, but there a few things.

1, I'd love to see what you were like before.

2, what saddle is that... is it an ISM PN 1.0?

3, I can't believe nobody has mentioned the baseball cards in your rear spokes

4, you don't look that narrow... how much more reach or width adjustability is left on your cockpit? Which cockpit is it?

5, you pedal pointed toe down... what happens if you lower your saddle? Do you maintain your knee angle or do you maintain your ankle angle?

Hmmm, ok. How should I adjust the camera?

Sure thing. Might take a bit though. Not the easiest front end to adjust....

I attached my fit data from my initial fit. He's a very reputable fitter, so it should be solid.

Don't have the bike in front of me, but pretty sure it's a PN 1.1.

It's the best I can do until I can get the womp of a disc.

Oh, I'm by no means on the narrow end of the spectrum. This position is just more narrow than it was initially.

Reach, not really any. But the extensions were cut and I've been meaning to pick up some longer ones for this exact reason.

For width, I'm using the PD J3 bracket so I could hit the width of my initial fit at the widest setting. I moved the pads in one spot from there this winter.

The cockpit is a carbon cockpit from the Felt IA.

I can get my heel lower if I need to in this position (and I actually find I put out more power that way). I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

Lol.

Ok that's 2 for saddle too low, 1 for saddle too high.

Any particular reason you guys think it's too low/high?

He just needs to drop his heels. He's toe-pointing way too much.

I was thinking the same thing, I wonder if cleats are too far forward, as this commonly leads to excessive toe-pointing.
