So I've been riding Zwift for several years. Like many others I found that during an hour ride there would be several times when the power would drop out for a second or two. I've tried multiple things to fix it, and I've read tons of online sites with suggestions. Because of this I know there are others that suffer the same issue. I pretty much had resigned myself to live with the issue, even though it really affected Zwift racing when I'd be drafting and all of a sudden drop my signal.

Well, I finally found the problem. It turns out there is a power setting on USB ports that can allow the port to go to sleep, thus dropping the signal. I turned off this setting and I've been through 3 straight workouts without a drop.
