I would get my set of torx drivers and see which one fit.

Well, my set only goes down to a T-10 and that's still too large.

I was hoping someone would know so that when I go to buy one tomorrow I don't have to buy a whole set of them to try to find the one that I actually need.

Just go to your local hardware store and spend $10 on a multi-set torx tool that has small sizes. Then you'll be covered for life. :)

That said, I -think- all the small torx screws used on the IA are either t8 or t9, I've seen both sizes referenced for the IA.

I'd guess a T-8. I am making that guess based on the fact on my Felt IA (2018) I had to buy a new Torx wrench to get the nose cone and brake covers off - both a T-8. The smallest I had previously was a T-10 as well. $4-5 on amazon for a single or can get an entire bit set for under $10.
