I'd hazard a guess that your friend probably means the New Vison AeroBars. (FSA bought Vision Tech, so now it's just called Vision, but for all practical purposes it is FSA.)

The New Visions are similar to the old VisionTech bars, but with a few positive changes.
1. Flat Base Bar Option.
2. Lighter, thanks to some more carbon.
3. A new optional aerobrake lever. Nicknamed the "Tyler Brake" it's made out of carbon, and is very, very thin. Plus it matches the base bar.
