FRONT HUB HEIGHT TOO HIGH, NOT ENOUGH CLEARANCE ON THE FORK. help!
Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone is well, where ever you may be residing.

I'm in a process of building a TIME VXRS and will be using a ZIPP NSW 454 wheelset. However once I have installed the front wheel, looking at it face to face, there is not enough clearance on the left side and causing the carbon part of the fork to make contact to the hub.
Just wondering if anyone has ran into this kind of a problem and what solutions can you recommend to make this work, besides purchasing another wheelset. Thank you in advance!

I came across this item: https://www.modernbike.com/...L9sNECFYeNswod1PQDDA.
But I just want to see if there are other options, before I purchase it, as I think, it may be a few MM to high and I might not be able to securely compress the ends of the skewers in place.

What does the other side look like?

I'd probably glue a 1-2mm washer/spacer on the side of the axle where you have contact.

are there clearance issues on both sides or just that side? I agree about looking into spacers on both sides of the hub. Post a pic of the other side, or the whole hub and fork if you can.
