Seems silly, but I have a friend who is 6'7" and with his correspondingly large bike frame he's having a hard time finding a bike box. Any suggestions? Please?

A cardboard box or a plastic box to ship and travel with. I am 6'7" and i intened to purchase the Trico Iron Case shortly. They claim is will fit bikes up to 68cm.

Tri all 3, although, you may have to take off the rear derailleur.

TriAll3 told me that I would probably have to also take off the large chainring or my 62cm frame would sit up too high. That is more trouble than i am looking for.
