Disc Cover - when to use and when to not
I have used my disc cover for my last few races where there have been few hills and great straight race courses. Now, for this little sprint, there are multiple turns, not much straight away and a lot of rollers (although the link doesnt really show much). Also, not much gain. Just trying to gain idea if this is a good idea to use my disc cover for this race but also how everyone else gauges the course and whether they should use it. Much appreciated. So far, I am leaning toward yes.

Here's a little verbal flow-chart/decision-tree for ya:

Is there going to be a clock? Use it.

Unless it's Kona - don't use it.

Or a dedicated hillclimb TT at more than 6% avg grade - don't use it.

Inputting your data, computing, computing... DING!
Use it.

Use the disc.

It comes up on some maps but a little town in NW Indiana. Right on the lake
