So I need to update the firmware on my ewu111 part and it can only be done via mobile app. When I’m pairing, I need to enter a password, but my phone (iPhone) only gives me a keyboard to enter numbers, and I need to enter letters. Anyone else had this problem?

Tried that the first time. Now it says password is incorrect. And I didn’t change the password
