Desert Dude ROCKS!
I would like to publicly acknowledge that DD has gone out of his way to help a complete stranger.

I am looking at a Hurricane Rita filled weekend. AS a result, my long ride is in jeopardy. I asked DD to plan an indoor workout and he did that for me even though he does not know me and he is not my coach.

This is they attitude you want in a coach. IF you are looking for a coach, please consider his services.

Thanks Brian!

Yes, he does. An equal opportunity samaritan.

Now if I just lived in the same hemisphere and he could help me with my swim. :)

I think you'll really be impressed with DD if you are looking to improve your swim. The guy is amazing in what he sees in your stroke and body position and how he can help you correct it.

**All of these words finding themselves together were greatly astonished and delighted for assuredly, they had never met before**
