Can you use the entire road when decending in a tri or do have to stay within the lines? I specifically thinking about the descent on Garfoot Road at IMWI>> fast turning downhill. It seems that using the entire road would be safer.

According to USAT rules you MUST stay right except when passing. No reference to made to using the entire roadway when going downhill. SO.......unless you wish to risk a DQ or a penalty you must stay right!
