You would think that seeing my points at the bottom of the list would motivate me....
Had a busy day, no training - I am at a crossroads.... jump on the trainer for a 2 hr spin and watch the next 5 episodes of Sex in the City or lay on the couch with the munchkins, eat extra butter popcorn and watch "the little rascals" (b&w version, of course).
Day 8 - a big fat zero
I won't even count the track & field stuff I did. My long jump ain't what it used to be.
Total for 8 days will stand at 212 :)
