nah, I was doing a little stutter step between them so I was not as smooth as I needed to be...and I was OUT OF SHAPE!!! man does cross hurt when you just took ~14 days off.

to be fair to TGP, here is a pic of the start of her (and mr tgp). I had to go warm up as I raced after them, so this is all i got...(I think that is the Mr) on the left, coming around the corner.

Lets be honest with that picture. I'm not in it because I am bringing up the rear after gaining that position 30 seconds after our race went off. Being blown off the back perhaps? I was the official course sweeper in the men's C race.

um, mojo...no. I heard Trigirlpink had a 12 pack of Harpoon for me so I was forced to drive over...might as well race, then I drank 2 on the grass after the race!:-0

I try to do just enough in Oct to be able to train hard for ski season in Nov.

CCF, you should be strong like ox after intervals up Oak Hill all winter!
