Custom 2XU Kit...Very difficult to get response
Quote | Reply
I am getting the feeling 2XU is not really into the custom Tri Kits. It's been about a month since I have designed a kit on their website and still don't have a final design. I have bounced a few emails back and forth with a Jesse and an Alex but both take several days to respond and neither have helped with the design. They have the form and my credit card but I am about to give up. Anybody have similar experiences? Should I just avoid them and go with another company?

You make great stuff for sure, not to minimize that but I just wanted to shout out to Andre from Kiwami as another option.

From initial phone call to delivery of 10 custom team items was 2 weeks to Canada.

Cheers,
Maurice

You do customs now?!? Cause that’ll change things up BIG TIME for me (I’ve made two for a group of us from Alaska when we did Dublin, and St.G).

We have been doing custom for over 10 years, and we have been doing it in house in San Diego for 3 years. Send me an email for more info:

Hi Maurice,

Thanks for your kind works on our products. Kiwami does make nice stuff, so I would agree they are a good option. When you have choices the customer always wins.
