Great job! I saw you run past me at the Trisports station on my second running lap. You were probably in your home stretch and I was quite jealous.

Way to stick with it after the bike mishap and going to Plan B.

I found my head wandering a few times out there and had that fear of running into the back of someone.

Nice job! We were out at the turn with Ian, he was staying with us at our home in Fountain Hills. We were the couple with the two golden retrievers. :)

Obviously too much wiffle ball, took a little of that fine motor control away. :D

Seriously, gut race man, and we'll see you in Kona soon! Ever thought of trying to qualify the 70.3 route?

Not impressive at all. I can't believe he was going that slow with the bike training he did ;-)

What's the obsession with yellow? (bike, run shoes)

Congrats and (((hugs))) for the injuries. Thanks for the good RR and pictures!

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
If you're injured and need some sympathy, PM me and I'm very happy to write back.

Huh. Mebbe his coach was prepping him to train rather than race... ;-)~
