I have what seems to be a corn on the outside of my little toe and it hurts when running. I run a lot and this is my first experience with this issue. I have been using some stone thing from my wife's shower to file it down and put lotion on toes but I am also curious to hear about any after market products used and recommend. Thanks.

Many years ago when I was a speed skater I would get them on the outside of my little toes like you describe. I used Dr Scholls corn removers to shrink them but they never went away until I stopped skating.
Most of the time I filed them off with a callus stone
