SO the family is heading out to La Quinta for the spring break, and I want to get in some swimming while there. Would love to drop in on an organized workout, but will take lap swimming somewhere if that is all there is. So any fishes out there in the Coachella, what you got for pools and workouts starting Monday next week???

Palm Desert Aquatic Center!
My family and I were just there last week. The Palm Desert Aquatic Center is really the only pool I am aware of suitable for lap swimming on that side of the valley. It's a great pool/facility. We swam there a few times and always got a lane. They had a sign up about some masters workouts, but we were there for a mid-day "practice" and that seemed to consist of a coach sitting under an umbrella watching a few people swim. If there was an organized workout, I didn't see it. The early morning practice might be a better bet. I would call and ask.
