Interesting shoe. I know we talked on the board about the heel that the Ten-Nine had. But I started to think about this the other day.

If you look at the Carbon X now you see a bit of heel out there. Then take a look at the new Elevon 2, it also has some junk in the trunk as well.

Running Lab has them up for preorder. They arrive 6.25! So far its looking like a solid niche shoe in the Clifton family. I like Believe In The Run's take on it being a borderline stability shoe because of how wide the platform is. I know my staff is excited about this one.

I ran in these a bit back ago when the rep was in, ah the good ole pre covid days.

IMO they run better than the cliftons

Interesting. Since the difference between the 6 and the 7 is negligible I was just going to grab the 6 on sale but I was intrigued by these.

I like the 6's, took about 50 miles to grow on me. First shoe I've bothered to keep more than 25 miles if I'm not loving it in the first 2 runs

Any reports out there from people who are actually running in this shoe? It looks interesting. I currently train in the Rincon - I like it but it is a tad narrow in the forefoot. I haven't liked the Clifton since the 3 . . . how's the 7?? The Clifton Edge has me curious.

Thanks,

David
