Hi,

First off, sorry for the inconvenience if the question has been asked before. I tried using the search engine but didn't find the answer...

With that said, will the internal battery work with this frame? Also, are there any special tools required to complete the assembly?

I built one last week. BTR2 won't fit in the seatpost but can be dropped into the seat tube (appropriately wrapped to avoid rattling).
No special tools required.

Sorry, just to confirm: The Shimano BT-DN110-1A battery will fit inside the seat tube?

I have a 2012 S5 with old Ultegra I'm trying to upgrade to 11sp di2. Have been stuck on the internal battery problem, because I'm trying to avoid installing the battery externally.
