I would like to get my carbon bike professionally repainted and am looking for recommendations on who to consider (US based). As this is a nice bike, I would like someone with good experience that can do a high quality custom job. Many thanks in advance.

Black Magic Paint - Rudy Jung. Former Parlee painter. Their composite refinishing is fantastic.

I wrapped my Cervelo P2 maybe two years ago (posted about it on here). Durability has been okay, with a couple of the tight corners starting to peel, but overall still looks good. Also tried plasti-drip on my road bike, which went on easy, but after a year was starting to peel and I had to be very careful when transporting. Just today, I removed all the plasti-dip, stripped down the bike, taped it up and DIY painted it matte black.
I would say, if you have the money and a specific design idea, go for it and have someone paint it. However, the more personalized the design, the harder it will be to sell later down the road and the more careful you will be trying to not mess up the expensive paint job. Wrapping it allows you to go as wild as you want, but yet just peel it off whenever you want.

They did an amazing job. We would use them again without hesitation. They can repair carbon fiber, too. My partner's bike uses etap, so we asked them to fill all the shifter cable holes / remove shifter attachment points. Bike came out flawless and still looks amazing.

Some excellent recommendations. Black Magic and Hot Tubes (thanks Wetswimmer99) websites have some beautiful pictures of their work. Wow!
I thought about a wrap and am not sure that I want to go that route. I want something maybe a bit more "professional" if I can put it that way.
I think that the challenge for me will be coming up with a design. I don't want anything too "artsy"...this is, after all, a bike that will used used (a lot), but something cool looking and a bit fun. I suppose that the people at places like Black Magic or Hot Tubes help with the design?
