No, but I bet it's pretty shock absorbing for those "rough times." Here's a link: http://www.riderperformancemotorcycles.com/...iletseats/index.html

I got a few questions:

1. The metal hinges or they done in titanium.

2. What type bond for the hinges, will it hold together in the emergency case of a high pressure blow-out

3. Butt can it really save time.

4. Will the geometry put you closer to the bowl are is there more separation between it and the bowl allowing for air turbulence.

This is one carbon fiber goodie I would not like to see tested in a wind tunnel. Especially after a fajita dinner.

Like with some bicycles, it's a one-size-fits-all solution. Fortunately, that philosophy works better with toilet seats than it does with bikes.

Seriously though... I was hoping for a Campy corkscrew for a wedding present (if I ever get married), but after seeing this, I think my mind has changed.

Bless your heart for posting this 2wheels...given the funk I've been in this was just what doctor young_ironman prescribed. I don't think I've laughed that hard in ages..even got a free ab workout to boot. Now how long before the people at Zipp get 'wind' of this and create their own 'dimple' version (for those with less than perfect skin) to help people GO faster. And even if they do..when you have the latest copy of Triathlete in hand..do you really want to go faster?

Shad -

That's got big slam written all over it. I especially like the cool rear airfoil flap do-dad.

depends where I am sitting on the seat . . . During the Sunday paper visit, I may be closer to 70-72*, if I'm in a hurry and really trying to pinch one out I may be up on the edge near 80* . . .

What a tough crowd... I post perhaps the most perfect usage of our favorite exotic material (titanium would be cool too, but damn cold on the butt cheeks), and all you guys can do is make potty jokes. I can't imagine what you'd do with the world's largest carbon fiber bong...

With respect for my wife's Swiss heritage and family, these are not bongs (good one, Eric). They're Swiss Alpen Horns.

And the toilet seat, unbelievable.

Hup Schweiz!

Party pooper. Here's the site for those: http://www.swisscarbonalphorn.com/

But this just may be the ultimate use of carbon fiber... a skyscraper: http://www.metropolismag.com/html/content_0203/fib/

For an alphorn with no decoration, the price is $2,650.00.

Yikes!!! Any takers?

I gotta hand it to the Swiss. That's taking cultural heritage and bringing it into the modern age.
