guys anyone tried to DIY a shimano satelite shifter onto the Canyon CFR set up? I know it was possible with 11 speed is it the same with 12? whats the best way ? Not a big fan of a full synchro ... unless you tell me i ll get used to it.

Yes, it's possible. Did it to my wife's V-PR with Ultegra 12sp, bonded it to the upper edge of the brake lever/shifter pods, so she can shift RD up/down in the aerobars, shift RD up/down at the right brake lever, and FD up/down at the left brake lever. (I'd upload an image but absent drag/drop, it ain' working).
IDK if the Canyon routing will allow it, YRMV, but QR, no problem.

How did you wire them into the system, did you use y wires from the basebar shifter or added a splitter?

It is actually so easy to customise and get running how you like that after a few rides I was converted.
