I posted about 2 weeks ago that I had hurt my back:

Well, I am feeling much better, but still have stayed away from running/cycling. I have been doing some light stretching and almost daily *easy* swims in the pool. I still feel pretty tight in the low back(L4-L5).
I wanted to hear from you all, particularly those that have had similar problems, about your stretching routines and/or back/abdominal exercise routines.
My wife utilizes DVD's from both Rodney Yee(Yoga for athletes) and Anna Cabon(Pilates), Gunnar Peterson(Core), etc and she has recommended these for me. I am going to give that a try. I have an exercise ball(obviously *rarely* used giving my current state...;-).
I am scheduled to do Ironman Canada 2006 and hope this is not a big set back for me. Hopefully just an isolated event.
Cheers,
Holden
