I'm currently in Peoria, IL (home town of Cat tractors) - so no riding for me. My shoulder is totally screwed up these days, so I'm a runner for the rest of the season. Fun times. :)

How long did you last hanging on to the Nav boys? I got passed by a few of those guys at the Pitt Meadows TT - it was like I was going backwards!

well they were taking it easy due to Tour De Delta in the afternoon so we got to hang with them. Very professional group, one guy rode both the Giro and Vuelta, was also Russian national RR champ. hard way to make a living - 120 races a year with a season that stretches from Jan to Oct.

We pull up outside the Hotel Wedgewood and they had their team truck outside with all their bikes lined up ready for the riders.
