Im looking at building my own bike desk that will be connected to a fork stand (which I am building).

I need opinions on placement of components.

Im thinking build a small box just in front of the fork stand portion for the desk top computer and putting the fan on top. I will place a small shelf to the right of the handle bars for the mouse. Now the big question, monitor and keyboard over or under the aero bars?

And opinions are greatly appreciated. This will be built simply for my use, out of plywood and 2x4s so it wont be the prettiest thing but I want it functional for me.
