There is such a specialty as a bicycle attorney? Or is it just an attorney that rides a bike?

I know. I've read the ads in Cali that say no attorney is a board approved specialist. You see them on ads that are like 1-800-CALL-SAM. Out here in Vegas we have "The Heavy Hitter" (guy from Boston with wicked pahk the cah accent).

This is so frustrating. Trying to do this with one hand, in pain, on a dial-up. can I e-mail the pics to someone and have them post them for me? I don't want to overstep my boundaries. At least the shot of me in the ambulance.

I am going through all my bills since I officially changed training mode from off-season to iron distance prep mode. Every purchase at the bike store, all the Heed and Perpetuem, the unbelievable amounts of gel products, bike parts, etc...

Holy crap! This is an expensive sport!

I have a very close friend who is in Vegas, both he and his wife are attorneys. If you want their info, email me at pschmidt@tilfordlaw.com. He used to be active, but isn't much anymore.

I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of support. I've had several people recommend Lawyers to me. Thank you so much. A very close friend of mine is a lawyer. I thought she only did gaming law, but apparently, I was wrong. Turns out she wasn't happy when she found out about my accident. She called last night an explained this to me, saying, "No one hurts my friends." Pretty cool to hear that from a lawyer. Her nickname is the pitbull. Not because of how she looks!

Thank you again,

Jason

Shoot, you must really be hurting. The dial-up alone would be excruciating. Get well soon.

Dial up is more frustrating! One-handed typing is pretty uncomfortable too. But mostly, Dial-up is frustrating!

Just curious. I am assuming this accident just happened. Why is it that you need an attorney already? Did the insurance company of the driver make a settlement offer that you did not feel is fair?
