I just wanted to let everybody know that I had a great experience at Bicycle sports florida yesterday.
I have been shopping for a new tri bike for a few months now and did not feel comfortable with any of the shops I visited. Based on the recommendations from you folks on this site I decided to take the trip from WPB florida to St. Pete.
It was well worth my trip. Matt is extremely knowledgable and even opened his shop on his off day just for me. I was able to test ride several bikes and for the first time was actually comfortable on a bike.
I ordered a new Aegis and am very excited about it. I highly recommend anyone within reaonable distance to check this shop out. They have great inventory and the customer service is a level I have never seen at any other shop( and I have been to alot of them).
They also do amazing fittings there using John Cobb's system one.
Really I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice and let you know it is nice to see a shop that really cares about their customers, even if they are not elites.
