Am I the only who does this because having something tight anywhere near my stomach makes me want to puke during a race?! I honestly assumed this was why everyone did this.

It's always been a thing for me. I have zero waist so the belt eventually works it's way well up my torso, but pushing the belt just below the cheeks keeps it firmly in place.

If you run with it, you will know. Another thing is you don’t buckle it as you go. You leave it buckled in the transition and you wear it like wearing underpants.
