Dan,
I know behind-the-seat bottle launching is one of your concerns and major pet peeves.
I have a Yaqui Mariola which only has one frame mount. Consequently, I use a X-Lab Flatwing with two Profile cages--the Elite cages I had really launched the bottles.
In one of your articles, you advise using extra rubber bands to keep the bottles in place. I'll admit that I'm slow, but I'm not sure how to use the extra rubber bands. Do the go on the bottle itself about mid-way up? Around the cages? Can I use any old rubber bands or are you referring to the profile ones?
Thanks for your advice.
Matt
