Anyone have their treadmill on the second floor?

I'm worried it's going to shake the house. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I had the same concern when I brought my treadmill as I live in a flat (apartment) above somebody else.
I put several layers of flooring insulation down and have a thick gym mat. I haven't had any problems with disturbing them.

I run on mine all the time. Thin mat underneath mostly for hardwood floor protection. No issues.

I have it on the second floor, even put in a sound dampening sub floor, and yes, it still shakes the house. Nothing too too bad; I don't usually wake people up. BUT, I'm in the process of moving it out to the garage.
