Anyone have a good Olympic or Half IM program?
I am new to the tri scene and have read a few books (Browning, etc) and spoken with several triathletes about training programs but I am not all that thrilled with what I have put together. If anyone has a good olympic or half im program that they have used, I would like to take a look at it. I am looking for a program that incorporates different phases, uses heart rate training, and is suitable for a first timer who has done several marathons and century rides. If you could point me to the web or show me anything, it would be a great help.

Buy Gale Bernhardts (sp?) book, training plans for multisport athletes. She has programs from sprint to IM including her famous 13 weeks to a sub 13 hr IM.

On the web, take a look at the trinewbies site. They have an excellent set of training programs.
