I am doing my first ironman in coeur d'alene this year. Has anyone actually biked or ran the course or part of the course. Its one thing to see the course profile its another to see it.You can se the course at ironmancda.com. Appreciate any discriptions. As in on the profile shows many small rolling hills. Is there much shifting or is it pretty flat. ect... Thank you
