One moment I am posting 5000m results as it ties in with us multi-sporters as a distance event. Kinda weird to consider it a distance event when they are going 13 min and triathletes are going several hours. Now it seems like a sprint.

The link below gives results to an event that makes a triple IM seem like a sprint. These guys are simply amazing! Think of all that you have done since Sunday morning. These guys have been turning the cranks since then and still have a way to go.I guess this is truley an endurance event.

I will be helping out with a hs track team next year. When a runner wants to complain about the 3200m being too long of a distance, I will find a way to let them know that it is actually a sprint!!

Notice 2nd place, San Diego's Mike Trevino. From what I hear, his simple rides are gut wrenching ones to you and I. Amazing stuff.
