Generally comfortable, think I could get the front end a bit lower overtime but don't want to push it... Thank you!

Glad you are comfortable. That's better than many.

Good news:
  • your saddle height is good

Bad news:
  • the rest of your fit isn't very good.

Need a different saddle, need better ergonomics on your extensions, need to drop the cockpit, and need to extend the cockpit.

When you say drop the cockpit, I assume you mean lower it (remove spacers/flip stem?)

Yup, almost comically so. As a rough guess, if you dropped your front end about 8 cm, it would be the equivalent of adding 40 watts of power. I say that because you are effectively riding a road position right now and a really upright one at that.

For comparison, check out this road position, which is probably more aero than your tri setup:
