Anothe Fit thread - Fit Review after first race of the season.
Quote | Reply
So last sunday was my first race of the season. I had a good race, with a PR of 10 minutes and final time of 4h44. Now time to prepare for the rest of the year =D.

With that said I ask for the ST community to analyze my fit and recomend any needed changes. I had some back pain during the second half of the bike leg that prevented me from reaching my wattage goal of 200W NP. My final numbers were 180AP / 191NP - 23.2 mph (37.3 kmh) and final time of 2h24.

My seat is an adamo road and I'm in 165mm cranks

Changes I can make quickly:

- Remove the spacer under the stem;
- Move the pad forward;
- Move the seat;

Thanks for your time!

Shorten those cranks. Your hips are pretty closed off.

TY, that is the only step or just the first to be able to evaluate after? I ask because here in Brazil is very difficult to get short cranks...

I wish I could go 23.2mph on 180w.

My last split was 22.9mph on 204w AP and 206w NP. I am 135 lb. on raceday.
