Would the Super lite support my weight at 174lbs/79kg?, i found that the wheel has a weight limit on 170lbs/77kg
Also how stiff is the wheel?, brake rub when standing on the pedal?.

The wheel i am thinking to buy is from the mid 90`s...

Well, it's a 25 or more year old wheel and you are over the recommended weight. There's about one way to find out.
Those were all 9 speed wheels, and there is no way to re-dish the wheel. No 10, 11, or 12 without increasing the overall spacing.
