Dropped 2 lbs to 176 - Half way to my goal.
I don't get it though, this was my worst week for eating so far. Maybe that's the key.

Monday morning and down to 196 lbs...that's 8 lbs since x-mas. Keep thinking I should wait until mid-week to weigh in though...the morning after my long run last Wednesday (and after a 45 minute interval session on the bike) I was at 194 lbs. But, I'll kep it consistent and continue to weigh in on Monday mornings. This weekend was a drag for training as I am busy packing up my house (I move to a new place in less than 4 weeks).

After my 1st week of consistant training, I was hoping for my 1st 2lb loss to put me back on track to my 20lb goal. It was not to be (1.4 lbs).

Monday weigh in (Feb 6)

118. Well, really 118.4

I am sticking to my nutrition plan better the last two weeks, but it doesn't seem to be coming off any easier. I agree with weighing after the long run. After long run yesterday I was 116.8, but this morning I was back to 118.4. The good news is, I guess, I am rehydrating well. :) One and a half pounds of water!! Is that normal??

Still the same 168. I only worked out twice this week and didn't gain a pound. I swear it doesn't matter how much I workout, how healthy I eat, how little I eat, I stay the freaking same! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

Well, I'm under 166 this week, but not enough to round down to 165, so I guess I'll be in red at 166. I'm not worried though because at least I'm going in the right direction.

I have to say that I've found this challenge very motivating. There's been at least 2 workouts that I did only because of this challenge. Normally I would have either skipped them entirely or sandbagged them.

Feb 6 weigh-in is 181. Same as last week thanks to all the crap I ate on weekend, although my training was up to 18 hours last week to offset the consumption of unhealthy foods :)
