125 this morning. Wrong way. Had to happen sooner or later. Was hoping it would be later. Next week will be better.

I hate Paul
I hate this stupid thread
I hate losing weight
I hate holidays that flaunt great tasting calorie laden foods under your nose
I hate the damp weather we're having
I hate cold weather period
I hate that it feels like I never see the sun anymore
I hate that my willpower meter is flashing on the empty symbol
I hate not racing
I hate training
I hate my car insurance company
I hate my job
I hate being poor in a rich mans sport
I hate my fellow employees (especially the inconsiderate smokers)
for that matter I hate smokers...period

and I hate like hell that I have only lost .5lbs since last Monday putting me several weeks/pounds behind the curve.

AND KS...what the hell are you doing wrong? If a poor lazy assed bastard with no motivation to do anything but play video games on the couch all day can lose a bit of weight...you should be ashamed of yourself for not being able to lose at least some. Get your shit together. This sport aint for the weak (okay...if it allows me there must be some weakness allowed...but I digress) and you aren't showing us anything to prove that you're anything but. What was your goal and what was the consequence for not meeting that goal? You wanna just cash in your chipis now and go lay down for a nap or are you gonna suck it up and fight back against the mediocrity that seems to suck the life out of middle America? You trying to fall out of tri favour and back into the cesspool of the norm or what? If you can't go to bed tonight knowing that you've done at least something to fight the flab...then I don't know how you'll get any sleep. Loser? HA! We're losers...what does that make you???

Well done on the weight loss.

I had a bad day yesterday. I'm a Cub leader & our cub meeting was last night at a Little Caesars Pizza. We learned about small business, earned a cooking badge & made our own pizzas. Great, except for the making our own pizzas. I went a little overboard with my creation, but I was still 177 this morning which surprised me.

how does Keith rate getting in on the action if we don't know his Twitch identity? Come forth oh mighty keeper of the Fitnesstechnique and show thyself so that we might mock you in the event you fail to lose. And pray tell...what is thy dire consequence for failing to be a true loser?
Speedy..keep up the good work. I think the Cubs need to work on their knowledge of local micro breweries for next week..you ought to get on that asap.

I'm not sure if there's an ID for Keith here. Since I am Rolling Thunder's Galactic Overlord, I reserve the right to add losers the the Challenge of my choice who may or may not be Slowtwitchers :-)

but he needs us to keep him motivated and honest...it would really do him some good to log on here and make his presence known. For all the kidding I give him he does have a lot of knowledge in the sport and is a pretty good mechanic. And the publicly make sure he reaches his goal would be icing.
Galactic Overlord...pshaw! Guess we all need to feel important even in our own world.;-)

" I've totally recovered from it"

I'm not trying to be stinky, and I don't know you, but my ex-wife is bulimic/anorexic and as I understand from her therapists that (like alcoholism) you never "totally recover" from an eating disorder... you keep it in control... day by day... every day...

She claims to be "recovered", but at a large-framed 5'10 and 122 pounds some might argue that she hasn't...

Like I said, I don't know you, but I do wish you strength.
